Shipping Information
Most of our orders ship via UPS and US Mail. In order to offer you the best
service and delivery time, we ship products from distribution centers all over
the country.
Ship Time: Most products ship within 24 to 48 hours of the order being
processed in our system. Some orders are shipped straight from the manufacturer.
Because of this, please allow 10 - 14 working days (Monday thru Friday) for the
product to arrive. If you have any special requests or need a product by a
specific date please make a note of it in the comments section of the order.

Return Policy
The Torvea Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with your decision.
If the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a
replacement, refund, or credit.
Return Policy: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we can not
accept returns on installed or used products. Any item returned in the original
package unused, is acceptable for refund, replacement, or credit. (excluding
freight). Any item found to be defective, can be returned within 90 days for
credit, replacement, or repair. (At the manufacturers discretion). Please note:
The return policy does not cover shipping costs.
Warranty: Products manufactured by Torvea: Five (5) year warranty
against defects in workmanship. Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse,
and neglect.Products NOT manufactured by Torvea: We want you to have the best
warranty possible, therefore we offer the same warranty as the manufacturer.

GET AUTHORIZATION FIRST
Due to the volume of business we do, all packages without an authorization
number will be refused. It is your responsibility to properly package the
merchandise. Products inadequately packaged, resulting in damage, will not be
processed. All credits on returned goods are contingent upon inspection and
approval. If you are missing a part or have questions please contact us. Most of
the time we can help you over the telephone or simply ship you the parts you
need.
Please provide the following information when requesting a return
authorization number:
- Date of purchase
- Invoice number
- Part number
- Detailed description of defect, damage, or discrepancy.
